As VeoRide ’s General Manager in Cleveland, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead our innovative dockless scooter program. You will have a vital role in all aspects of the program’s success, from hiring team members to ensuring efficient daily 24-7 operations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining local partnerships, as well as strengthening our relationship with the city of Cleveland. Above all, it is your responsibility to increase the number of riders who use our scooters. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive daily ridership, increase the number of scooters in service, assemble and manage a high performing team, and continually delight our VeoRiders through exceptional customer service.
An ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for problem-solving, data driven decision-making, customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
